"Laptops were really old (XP based) and slow. Faster computers would help."

"If something didn't work, they just threw more money at it."

"I enjoy the freedom I have to do my job. I get to work out of my home office the majority of the time. I enjoy my relationship with my manager."

"Being open and honest about your experience. Relationships are key to one's success."

"The strain on the network has become a big problem. I am spending more time nowadays dealing with customer issues and trying to save business rather than selling new opportunities."

"I would suggest they be more open with the real issues being experienced by the network today. We in sales have no idea how the build out is being deployed and have to wait until it happens to learn about it."

"Not a lot of growth opportunities. The company was coming off a dramatic stock loss and poor customer service on the cellular side."

"Listen to the employees more. Make sure they have all of the tools needed to be able to help customers."

"It does not have a good corporate culture. It has strange procedures."

"The management should open their eyes instead of in their close world and be competitive."

"I don't have tips... it all depends on what area or part of the company you are interviewing with."

"There isn't a lot of room for advancement in the organization."

"I don't have any suggestions for management, each person brings their own style and I enjoy learning from it."

"Selling services over the phone is a hard sell. It took a lot of motivation of people to achieve numbers."

"This type of sales is almost non-existent today. It is not illegal to solicit over the phone."

"The promotion of a manager which had no training background. Upper Management was limited in the training arena."
