"Sprint/Nextel was a very good company to work for, but when the companies merged it became very unstable and in turn shareholders lost confidence in the company and in turn stock prices fell and layoffs came after."

What do you like about working at Sprint?

"I worked directly for Sprint/Nextel, good benefits, 401k, flexible and great teamwork."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If given an opportunity, which is very slim at this point, work as diligently as you can."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Only after the merger, the anxiety of the closing of departments"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cannot contract all of the departments, accountability would decrease."
