"Never to depend on your job position, you could get laid off. Over the past several years, the amout of out of pocket expenses for benifits have increased quite a bit. No pension plan. Chance for moving up is very limited. Could continue lack of annual pay increase. Could be moved to a consulting company."

"Unknown of where the company is going, all the layoff's over the years and lack of pay increases."
