"It's a pretty decent company, with local and worldwide clients. Employees seem to be satisfied with how they are being treated and the overall experiences that they have on a day to day basis. I for one, love the decor of Sprint. Sprint Campus on a whole is a wonderful environment to work in. Best job I've had in all my career, and I wouldn't change anything about it."

"There were many threats and constant changes in contract types with no notice whatsoever. Makes for a very unstable work environment."

"Consistency and staying true to what they say, it is difficult to grow and develop new markets when you do not know what the actual direction of the company is."

"Good luck. Focus on product and customer knowledge and team leadership. Team selling at Sprint is required to win deals and you must bring engineering and service together for any sales effort."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"A lot changed for the company. As their business contracted and their operating costs when up they became less and less competitive. Their target markets became small and medium size companies and internationally they did not have any viable solutions. All decisions were taken out of the field to senior management who was disconnected from the customer and their decision on pricing made no sense. Their acquisition of Nextel and their wrong bet on WiMax sealed their fate and was very costly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the field, they know the customers. Retaining a current customer is paramount, for once you lose them it will take years to get them back."

"The company constantly changes expectations. We struggle to meet the demands of customers due to staffing shortages. There is a complete disregard for how hard we work and they do not respect our time. Take time from PTO if we do not work 45 hours a week but do not add time to PTO if you work over 45 hours."

"Focus on positive motivation, not negative! Allow time for a work-life balance. Celebrate employee tenure. Offer incentives to show appreciation."
