"Insurance benefit. My coworkers keep me going everyday! My former district manager helped us stay positive about our jobs. He cared about us and appreciated our work."

"You should focus on sales skills and customer service when interviewing."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"The company constantly changes expectations. We struggle to meet the demands of customers due to staffing shortages. There is a complete disregard for how hard we work and they do not respect our time. Take time from PTO if we do not work 45 hours a week but do not add time to PTO if you work over 45 hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on positive motivation, not negative! Allow time for a work-life balance. Celebrate employee tenure. Offer incentives to show appreciation."

"If you are good at what you do, they'll let you run and they'll reward you. Don't be a corporate climber here."

"The patent program."

"Know your stuff and show them that you know your stuff. I stood up and covered a white board to explain technology when they asked a question."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Too many people are obsessed with climbing the corporate ladder and not focused on their primary job and taking care of the customer. It worked for me because I'm focused on doing work I love, not climbing some artificial ladder."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are all good people. Get focused back on the customer and the products. Many are non-technical or have outdated skills. They need to keep up with what's hot today."
