"The same advice I got when I started: use it for experience and then bail, you're in USA's India here."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"I can't stand being overworked for the little pay I get, we need to do 60 hours of work in 40 hours. I don't like that being recognized by your peers is meaningless if your managers don't also submit you. It's stupid that being recognized by management gets you a lot of nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give raises competitive with the new workers. I know all of them are making 2x what I am just because I was hired in 2009 and not 2011."

"I like the independence that I have with this position."

"Be able to prove that you can fix computer equipment and apply analytical skills to get the job done."

"The pay is not very high. The hours can be very long. There is a lot of weekend work involved."

"I would suggest that more opportunities for growth be offered."
