"Working for IBM on a boutique product in development since 2016, I found the perfect balance of work and family time, an above-average compensation package and room for ongoing education and improvement opportunities. IBM is certainly an excellent employer, and I would certainly recommend them."

"IBM is the best place to learn new technologies and business models. They have been the driving force in innovations and industry solutions world wide. During my 9 years I learnt lot of best practices, new technologies and collaborated with some of the best brains of the world. Only negative that I can think of is that IBM is not among the best salary payers."

"I worked for IBM for 16 years. My last position within the Accounts Receivable team was challenging and sometimes rewarding. One of the major downfalls were some of the outdated tools that we used to perform AR duties. I was a part of the best AR team within IBM "Atlanta". The Atlanta center was the absolute best at $$$ collections. Our team was a great team. Nothing like working with a group of individuals that know how to be great teamers. Great managers and peers. IBM overall lost the best of the best when they decided to outsource all of our positions in March 2014. I believe we would all be a great gain/employees for any other company."
