"I have worked for IBM for 2 years, overall my coworkers are great and I feel proud to say I work here. The upward mobility for career development makes it difficult to want to stay."
"IBM retaliated against me for taking FMLA leave, beware!! The moment I returned from FMLA leave due to a disability, I was retaliated against by a VP. I contacted HR on two different occasions, and they did nothing. I ended up having to contact the EEOC and they have given me permission to sue IBM due to them retaliating against me for taking FMLA leave. If you have a disability, don’t expect this company to honor protected FMLA leave even though it’s against the law if they treat you the same way they did me."
"Avoid IBM as the layoffs and attrition rate is beyond terrible."
