"good company but a little bit slow pace."
"I've worked for IBM for 4 months and I'm not happy with the company. I will say that it is a very relaxed environment but it's extremely unorganized."
"I've worked with IBM for 2 years now and I got very lucky with the work I have been able to do. However, I know. alot of people that got terrible roles which either led them to quit the company or be laid off. As with any big company, politics is very important, if you cannot climb the ranks then this company is not for you."
"Great company but continues to struggle with growth and that effects career development."
"Good upward mobility, no rewards for loyalty"
"I worked as a program manager in a client facing role managing a large initiative of cloud based implementation and infrastructure."
"Good work-life balance and support for the internal career switch. Not much for a competitive environment and pay."
"I began working for Terremark 2-7-2007. I began my career in DC Operations and worked my way up to Data Backup Support Engineer where I gained a great deal of experience working with backup platforms CommVault, Asigra and Vembu just to name a few. Terremark sold us to Verizon and Verizon sold us to IBM where I continued in my position until being laid off in September 2019. I have outstanding communication skills and am familiar with the process of working with customers and vendors to create the desired outcome. I enjoy learning and IT has never failed to feed that joy. I look forward to hearing from you and would welcome any feedback you can give as I have not been job hunting in 12 years and I am sure I am a little rusty. Thank you for your time and consideration. Robert"
"I have been an intern for IBM this past summer and it was a great experience. I highly recommend."
"Excellent! I had a great time while working at IBM, and was able to learn enough to start my own company!"
"I've worked at IBM for 5 years. There are many interesting problems to work on which is great. However, many of the businesses are siloed and it seems like every project gets bogged down due to red tape. It can be really frustrating."
"Very good, excellent work culture and growth opportunities"
"I've worked for IBM since 2019. I've found it to be a strong company with good ethical values and an great place for carrer growth also with a huge amount of internal courses where you can self learn new technologies. Prepare to work with different kind of industries and be always ahead of new technologies"
"I have worked for IBM as an intern and it was a great experience. I got a chance to learn about new technologies and remain up-to-date with the next thing the company was working on. Also, working there for 16 months gave a lot of experience in how a large multi-national company operates."
"I've worked at IBM for 5 months now and find their client engagement model to be very appealing that manages the entire engagement lifecycle in establishing trust and on-time delivery. Inspired by a team effort, IBM places emphasis on client cohesion and resources at the point of sale, thus conversion from value proposition to signing new business is staffed and interlocking with the resources needed. I have found this aspect to be very helpful in my current role. A culture and co-workers that are focused and resilient."
