"I've worked within IBM for 4.5 years. They have locations virtually on every single country in the world. I had the opportunity to work on projects with colleagues from several different countries, providing them guidance to get the work done. "I worked at IBM for three years and found the company to be stagnant. They basically spend a ton of money and the employees work very hard just to accomplish the same thing they did last year. IBM had a large layoff and discovered they could operate on an overworked skeleton crew and now that's the status quo."

"I've worked for IBM for almost a year now. I think because projects can be in such grand scale, it can take weeks or even a month to realize what a project is meant to be doing. There are activities going on almost every other week for workers to get involved than just their typical job. Overall, it makes a good balance."
