"Too many processes that people follow blindly, Rewards are given to people who are the loudest and most vocal, not necessarily to the hard workers that get on and do."

"Team rewards and incentives, remove administration and reporting, be authentic and really focus on customer outcomes."

"I worked for IBM NZ as a Project Coordinator for a year. Pros: Good growth opportunities, they especially want to promote women. Good work / life balance. Great salary. Cons: Can be a bit boring at times. Environment still feels a bit stuffy."

However, I know. alot of people that got terrible roles which either led them to quit the company or be laid off. As with any big company, politics is very important, if you cannot climb the ranks then this company is not for you."
