"I like working with suppliers and bringing a concept product to production. I liked working with other designers and the release system because the method employed for Mechanical Engineers was very quick. Changes in design were quick do and to approve. Most of all the scope of work was clear."

"Don't get involved with the politics and keep your personal life at home."

"Politics gets in the way. So there is a lot of groups that go against each other."

"Localize the discipline pools so that all groups can draw from the same technical sources. This will not only reduce cost but allow growth and exposure to the employee."
