What do you like about working at IBM?

"I like the fact that they are one of the top companies in the computer industry. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn new things and gain experience that I could use in the future."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"The turnover ratio. The group of employees that I worked with on the Michelin account had already been released once. They were brought back to create the support team that we were a part of. In the two years that I worked there, the jobs were outsourced again to India. Our pay was cut within the first year of working but we were constantly training and coaching the level 1 representatives that were to take over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think my direct management team did a great job. They were exceptional in training and helping us with any issues that occurred."
