"All things considered, they are the sterling model for other companies to step up to."

"Understand that decisions will come from above, often politics within major corporations get in the way of the job getting done efficiently. Large corporations are doing everything they can to reduce cost and as a result, your job may be at risk."

"Outsourcing jobs overseas creating a loss of jobs here in the states."

"Listen when others have ideas."

"It's hard to become an employee. Most are contractors or were made full time employees through outsourcing agreements."

"I felt there was not much room to grow."

"Worked for IBM for 8 years. Over the last few years IBM has gone downhill going from an employee focused company to a strictly financial goals oriented culture. The review system is based on nothing but management perception instead of being goal completion. Mr, Watson is rolling over in his grave,"

"Deep dive education for technical skills."

"IBM was a good company. Unfortunately they have lost their way, Through many job reductions well over 20,000 people have lost their jobs, while the old guard has remained in place. The CEO has missed her numbers for 11 out of 12 quarters, and has tried to save her job by taking the jobs of others away. IBM needs to radically transform itself in order to survive."
