"Great company. You will work hard this is not easy work, working at ups you have to able to set a pace for your self and stay at that pace. The reasoning for that is because if you come in to work giving it your all for the first hour or two the rest of your shift will become difficult because it is constant work."

"Ups is an awesome place to work for. I loved being out and about delivering packages. My driver was awesome. he trained me well and we always knocked out the day's workload. Aside from getting a permanent position is like winning the lotto, it was a great experience."
"Ups is a very good place to work because when you start you are in a union and they help you to succeed. Then when you are ready to excel, go to supervisor or driver there is always someone there to help you at every step. UPS has growth is advancement if you are young and have patience to develop yourself in your career and life. I have and would still give people advice to work and make Ups a career if they are just starting or getting back into the job market. They work with you to go to school and further your career education. They also ensure that you have the time to be with your family while doing both. I am glad I have had the chance to learn and grow with them."
"It's a so-so job and I would not recommend it for people looking for a career"
"I work for UPS since May 2017. I have interned there for 3 semesters and then they offer me as a fulltime job at end of the second summer. I would say the work-life balance is great unless you are in a high performing team like mine then you might work long longs and during weekends. I liked my team and my management they encourage and support personal growth. The Salary is really low but they have great benefits."
"I’ve worked for UPS for 10 years and have had numerous opportunities to grow. UPS offers stable employment with great pay and benefits."
"I've worked for United Parcel Service(UPS) for 2 years now. The environment and workload are tough, but the benefits the company grants are probably the best! Management has their ways of pushing you past your limits and encouraging everyone to get the job done. Coworkers become like brothers and sisters under the brown shield of UPS."
