"Not really, as they were really good at the interview. I have no problem with that."

"The thing I didn't like about working there was that I always felt unappreciated."

"I would have to tell them to appreciate their workers more."

"Just be prepared to work fast and hard in sometimes uncomfortable environments."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"I don't like dealing with the dirt and air at the airport where I am located. Also, I don't like constantly being told to do most of the stuff that's directed toward a group of us, while the others don't do anything. I love working and doing numerous tasks to keep busy, but when I feel like I am being singled out to do a lot of the stuff, it becomes uncomfortable and not enjoyable when it comes to the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have higher and lower management not disrespect their employees and then expect everything in return. Give good incentive/feedback, as well as rewards for being a hard worker."

"Career knowledge can expand to many different avenues."

"Higher education is not needed in the career."

"It is a great company to gain vast knowledge in the shipping industry."

"What I like about UPS is the fact that you work with a steady team in different departments. You're assigned to load in a specific trailer and not deal with customers every day. It's a peaceful place to work. The benefits are fantastic."

"What I don't like about UPS is the hours. Full-time positions or any other openings are put on hold. Part-time hours are cut."

"Offer more hours."
