"Don't apply for the job, as it's not worth the pain."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"It is a horrible job and doesn't pay well. They break union rules, treat you like crap, and don't communicate well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be nicer to workers, and reward workers for good efforts. Don't be too hard on the workers."
