"The process at UPS is determined by individual departments and the candidate is approved by them, and this is a good way to give all a chance to participate."

"If you're taking an interview for UPS and it's union, take the job but don't look for advancement besides part-time."

"Management doesn't get along with the union employees. Union employees are looked down upon."
