"HR is a bit of a nightmare. The job is also physical and takes its toll on the body."

"Do something with HR. When problems arise you are either ignored or not given an acceptable solution."

"Be authoritative and make sure the people you supervise understand their job tasks and fulfill them and try to exceed them. Never allow the people you supervise to do less than they are capable of, because you are not allowing them to reach their full potential."
