"Take the job for the paycheck."

What do you like about working at UPS?

"The pay was okay. I actually was there long enough to get a raise."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is ultimately a temp agency. There are no long term drivers employed there. If you get two years of employment out of it, you've done good."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"The accident policy is not fair. If you have an accident you will be terminated, whether you're at fault or not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should be selected with the drivers in mind. For example: A driver manager should have previous driving experience as a driver."
