What do you like about working at Sprint?

"The daily interaction with customers made the days feel short. There was always an opportunity to help and the challenge to satisfy customer's needs was my daily goal."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"One thing Nextel was big on was personal development. Be prepared to tell where your life and career has been and where it is going. The company promotes from within and encourages employees to further their education and advance with the company."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"There was honestly no part of this job I did not enjoy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I had a very knowledgeable management team. They respected our decisions and put their trust that we understood our jobs and did not micro manage. I think the management did an outstanding job."

"Corp lack of responsibility to fix broken systems for customer care, lack of proper employee staffing to support customers in retail, and methods to take away commissions when customers complain about things we in retail have nothing to do with, but if a customer gives a bad rating about the company it reflects on the employee who helped them."

"Rethink what you are doing and providing employees."
