"The daily interaction with customers made the days feel short. There was always an opportunity to help and the challenge to satisfy customer's needs was my daily goal."

"One thing Nextel was big on was personal development. Be prepared to tell where your life and career has been and where it is going. The company promotes from within and encourages employees to further their education and advance with the company."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"There was honestly no part of this job I did not enjoy."

"I had a very knowledgeable management team. They respected our decisions and put their trust that we understood our jobs and did not micro manage. I think the management did an outstanding job."

"Everything is about quota... mgrs don't care about employees. All they push is sales... personal life balance is not encouraged."

"Comp plan is poor. They have more ways to take away commissions for the company's actions and not yours."

"Loved it and thought I was going to stay until retirement, but that all changed with the latest take aways over the last 2 years so I left."

"Be aware and ask about what can reduce pay and commissions."

"Corp lack of responsibility to fix broken systems for customer care, lack of proper employee staffing to support customers in retail, and methods to take away commissions when customers complain about things we in retail have nothing to do with, but if a customer gives a bad rating about the company it reflects on the employee who helped them."

"Rethink what you are doing and providing employees."

"After 6 months if someone wasn't happy they could turn off their account, I was working with big accounts so this sometimes was hundreds of phones."

"I think that this needs to be brought back."

"Too many work hours (14 hr days) for salary employees, benefits were reduced, pay raises were reduced."

"Focus on your employees increasing benefits & incentives. In-turn (job satisfaction) this will increase production and workmanship with associates in there work environment."
