"Be aware of layoffs until the company can provide some stability. Always good to network with someone within the company before attempting to apply for a position."

"Job security is very fragile with constant employee layoffs. Advancement is limited due to the latest elimination of upper level job positions."

"Decrease the actual number of upper management personnel instead of just moving the majority of them from one department to another."

"I came over from the Nextel side; which had a pro-active culture. It was a fun place to work. Sprint was run by people that were entrenched in their positions from days of old."
