"The company as I knew it does not exist any more. Sprint purchased a consulting company and then shut it down 2 years later."

"When I was part of it, it was a challenging job with good potential to be successful. The consultants I was associated with were some of the best at their specialties in the country."

"The most senior executives of the mother ship, Sprint, were not honest with the employees from the original consulting company and then closed several offices after telling them they weren't going to. Keep in mind, this is not the same company as when I was there."

"Chance to grow professionally. Large budgets to work with and produce results. Campaigns were large scale and flashy, making it exciting. Frequent chances to move around and wear different hats."

"Wait until they have stabilized financially."

"Too many layoffs. Once every 6 months some group is going to be cut. All too often they cut the workhorses we depend on in favor of those whose #1 skill is schmoozing."

"I would suggest applying for the Field Rep position. You will have more flexibiity to close deals."

"I did not like loosing my larger accounts that I nurtured and closed to our sales reps in the Field and Retail channels."

"I would have liked to see a better process in place to protect my accounts. There are processes in place at other compainies that work well that is fair and levels the playing ground for everyone."
