What do you like about working at Sprint?

"The overall advancement opportunities that were available. I was promoted from Sr. Sales to Assistant Manager, then to Retail Operations Manager within a span of 2 years. Also, the compensation plans were fantastic."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Management reorganizations, which led me to resign from employment when a tenured manager was laid off."

"I had a lot of control of the outcome of my district. My ability to work hands on and provide all the necessary resources to my team for success, even if that resource was me."

"Everything else! It is an unfaithful, low standard, lack of leadership/diversity/competence. This is not where you would want to build a career, ever!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not hire senior management who do not have a proven track record of success in the wireless field! The company has enough pencil pushers go get management capable of generating business! (because frankly...you have absolutely none in the Midwest)"

"Keep your nose clean because upper management will fire you over anything, no matter if you are right or wrong!"

"What I didn't like about working at wireless lifestyle was that upper-management does not fully support their employees. The employees aren't valued as assets. Employees are seen as expendable and replaceable, even the great employees."
