"Too many people are obsessed with climbing the corporate ladder and not focused on their primary job and taking care of the customer. It worked for me because I'm focused on doing work I love, not climbing some artificial ladder."

"They are all good people. Get focused back on the customer and the products. Many are non-technical or have outdated skills. They need to keep up with what's hot today."
