"Make sure you have the answers to questions that your employees might have for you. Make sure that management is properly trained in every aspect and not have the employee train management. It's always good to have a manager that is hands on."

"Too many people are obsessed with climbing the corporate ladder and not focused on their primary job and taking care of the customer. It worked for me because I'm focused on doing work I love, not climbing some artificial ladder."

"They are all good people. Get focused back on the customer and the products. Many are non-technical or have outdated skills. They need to keep up with what's hot today."

"Not much provided for training. We always were sent to abbreviated classes and the company is fighting to improve their image and financial stability in a very competitive market."
