"Job stability was always very low, and turnover was high. It was also plainly clear that they were focused on the bottom line."

"Relax, the more you drive production, the lower the overall quality will be. Sure, the numbers will look good, but your people will feel the pressure."

"Advanced performance monitoring system allowed me to gauge my performance and compare with other workers in facility. Good awards program. Unable to place monetary value on awards."

"Placed in area with many drug addicts. Constantly having to cover for people getting fired or not showing up to work due to drugs."
