What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"Training and development needs to be required for management as well as lay employees. Promotion opportunities are based on the good 'ol by system which is indigenous of Jacksonville, FL. If an individual doesn't know of anyone in a position to assist in their career growth, that person will not excel as rapidly as one who does."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more open to change and to persons who have knowledge, skill and educational experience to offer the company rather than placing persons that offer less."

"I would have to say that my employees were the highlight of my time with Convergy's."

What don't you like about working at Convergys?

"I came from a very structured environment with T-mobile. I was offered a leadership postion with Convergy's which is the reason I left Tmobile but was disappointed with the company. There was a huge lack of management experience that ultimately convinced me to leave the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have to say a greater screening of the candidates placed on the management team and an ongoing training for developing managers."
