"Management is out for themselves. If I offerred a solution to a complex problem, it was always found wanting. My manager berated employees in daily meetings, and used profanity in casual conversation. His demeanor was one of intimidation and inexperience."

"I would encourage people to bone up on their skill set, and make sure they have very thick skin to be able to handle the sales pressure that is involved. I think a lot of people are blindsided by this upon hire."

"My only complaint within the organization was sometimes it felt too big. It was frustrating not being able to help customers from beginning to end in some situations, due to the different divisions that would need to be involved."

"Upper management should spend more time in the branches they support. Due to the large volume of business and the sheer number of branches, it felt as though they lost touch with certain demographics."
