"I disliked cold calling; during down times and scheduled evenings, we were required to cold call people in order to sell our checking accounts, credit cards, and other products."

"The management did a very good job on laying out what was expected. Maybe, during the hard selling time, more one-on-one might have been helpful."

"I liked managing over nine underwriters, the processing department, and actively underwriting."

"Unless you are a highly experienced worker, you will have to pay your bills for six months as a teller, which is tough for goal-oriented people like me."

"It is a family company. Everyone has a relative within the company, which makes it harder to move up if you do not have any member of your family inside the company."

"They should base promotions on personal achievements and performance."

"I don't have control of my files. I complete what I have to do, but once it gets to them I can't do anything. It's like my hands are tied."

"Stay more at the office to help us more, and guide us with questions or concerns."

"I like my day full of things to do. I have a full plate each day, with new people opening accounts to new challenges. I enjoy that no one day is the same."

"Look for opportunities to sell in even the most difficult situation. The bottom line is what is important. So, everything you do must be sale-focused."

"The pressure to perform is sometimes put on one person. If the slack isn't picked up by the team it falls to the strongest team member without regard to their current work load. Recognition is a weak point for the company. They recognize the whole when things are done well, but when an individual does exceptional it is easily looked over."

"I would bring the focus back to customer service and not focus on the bottom line. I get that the bottom line is important, but to parade that bottom line as doing what is best for customers is wrong. Sometimes customer service is not going to benefit that bottom line."

"I dislike bad reputation, not a professional environment, financial problems, and terrible management."

"Sometimes projects get started, and due to roadblocks from other groups, they get delayed, but all companies run into that, and I have learned from my past experience to work with that."

"The hours were good - 9 to 5 and some Saturday hours."
