"They are unreasonable with expectations of the staff, and too busy working on the bottom line that management often times treats the staff like a work horse and not a person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think management at Wells Fargo needs to make sure that everyone is on the same page. Managers should be able to train employees and answer questions, and not just crack the whip."
