"During the time I was there, the underwriting department I was in was brand new and they were just starting to figure how everything was run. I think they did a great job in changing and growing as needed."

"The push for sales is all encompassing and caused many around me to fear for their jobs so much that they even committed fraud and ethics violations. They are a burn 'em and churn 'em bank. Customer service is only given lip service unless you are a customer with millions in the bank."

"Daily and weekly goals do not allow for dips in the economy or changes in the local environment. Moving to monthly or especially quarterly goals would change the stress levels of their employees."

"Wells Fargo Financial was a sub-prime division of Wells Fargo. It didn't seem right, and starting over at the bank was not a financial option that was possible for me to take at that time."
