"I worked at Wells Fargo for nearly 10 years and enjoyed the people and management."
"It's a good company to work for. Great incentives and training programs."
"Good company going through a lot of changes."
"Excellent company with great people. It really feels more like a family than a job. Just wish it didn't take an act of congress working with a miracle of God to get a contract position moved into a full time position."
"The only problem I have with Wells Fargo is the lack of good training and poor management."
"I loved my boss and co-workers. I excelled at WF and would work there again if I had the chance. Unfortunately with the industry being what it is, makes it volatile."
"This company not only doesn't appreciate the people who actually build relationships with their customers and gain their trust and their huge business when it is needed, but also promotes incompetent people to managers only because of their sales and not their management skills. They also get rid of people quite frequently by firing or forcing them to quit."
"This is the worst job I have ever had. The environment was very negative. So many people had conflicts with their coworkers. The company provided zero training for the employees. At one point it was taking over 120 days to process a loan. The underwriters did not perform well. The place was chaotic. It was stressful, demeaning, and hopeless. The customers were very dissatisfied with the service they were receiving from the company. In fact, many sought legal representation."
"They take well care of their employees when they have to do layoffs, and well taken care of employees when they are employed."
"I have worked at Wells Fargo for over seven years. The company is great. I have had great experiences and learned a ton. They invest in the growth of their team members and care about their development. I would recommend others to join Wells Fargo."
"Large corporation."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I disliked the very poor management in the audit department. The audit director stated that it's okay to have a 28% turnover. Too bad he doesn't realize it's his management that is the problem. No technical training is available for the technical auditors who have no technical background. The manager micromanages the staff."
