"You will be interviewed at least three times; be patient and be calm. Do toot your horn; they like over-achievers."

"If you did not have a four year college degree, you had to work harder for higher wages and positions. They put more emphasis on education than they should. A four year degree does not mean you have common sense."

"Get out of your offices more and communicate verbally with the staff, not just through email."

"This is a good job to help keep my head above the financial waters for now while I look for a job more suited to me. I like Wells Fargo because even though I am temporary, they understand what I am going through and normally try to schedule work around my job searches."

"This will be a temporary job. Work hard and you might be able to make it something more. The job is very monotonous but it takes an attentive touch to do."
