"If you decide to work at Wells Fargo Financial, go into the job with the mindset that you are there to get good training for the rest of your career. Use the training to go somewhere else and make a ton more money with the skills you acquire. That's what I did."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"Upper management has no idea what goes on in the field and makes poor decisions because of their lack of touch with daily interactions with customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get in better touch with the current needs of WFF's customers and daily activities within the branches. It is not the same as it was 10 years ago, nor are the most effective selling techniques nearly the same as they were even 5 years ago."

"I dislike change for change sake, and trying to put six workers in a room that used to be a hallway and calling it office space. I also dislike that the projects were doomed from the start and no one wanted to manage the team."
