"Be energetic and excited. Be able to handle stress well and work under pressure well, and be a people person. Don't be afraid to make cold calls, and be able to handle irate customers."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"The pay structure has changed for the worse. Advancement requirements are the same in every market, which makes it tough for promotion in very tough markets."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The whole organization is driven around sales, but they hire a lot of people with little or no sales experience. No real training is provided for them, so most are never successful, and turnover rate is high. Training sales people never stops, and you can never quit learning."
