"The pay structure has changed for the worse. Advancement requirements are the same in every market, which makes it tough for promotion in very tough markets."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The whole organization is driven around sales, but they hire a lot of people with little or no sales experience. No real training is provided for them, so most are never successful, and turnover rate is high. Training sales people never stops, and you can never quit learning."
