"I dislike the high sales pressure and many overtime hours. Also, I saw some irregularities with their sales reports."

"The day-to-day tasks were very challenging, but at the same time very rewarding. I was fortunate to work with a very fun and supporting team."

"I think it's important to have previous work experience or knowledge of the banking industry. It's not a requirement, but it definitely minimizes the learning curve when entering into a position."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I was disappointed that there were no opportunities to transition from being a contracted employee to becoming a Wells Fargo employee. My only other frustration was due to a finite work load and no opportunity for side projects. This was due to my position as a contractor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe that companies are wise to hire contractors for short-term projects, but in the current economy I believe it's important to provide an opportunity to contractors who are interested in working for Wells Fargo as a full-time employee. It's very difficult to maintain the cost of living with no employee benefits and a starting salary for any longer than 90 days or at the longest, the duration of the contract."
