As I worked on several projects with multiple projects managers the teamwork was incredibly strengthening and our projects were completed on time. "Emphasize ability to make decisions independently, but with diligence to keep management abreast and represented by your decision (no hogging credit to yourself). They also consider policies holy and don't tolerate cowboys."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"I dislike being a contractor. As a contractor, there is a limit in the length of service (18 months), and the growth or lateral movement opportunities are presented to the FTEs first."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide an exception rule for the exceptional contractors to enable the company to retain and harvest the great talents passing through."
