"I work for Wells Fargo’s technology group. The group is constantly undergoing reorganization, no visibility or information is shared with the team members and decisions are being made without consideration to the technology staff. Often times these decisions have huge impacts to the teams with no real value add. With all of the uncertainly, the huge amounts of politics and inability to grow your career I’d not recommend them as a place for people that are looking for a challenge and growth."
