"I’ve worked for Wells Fargo for five years, the company has great technology and resources for its customers and team members, they have a lot of great volunteer programs as well. The biggest problem remains the control of the middle management, if you aren’t lucky you will have a terrible experience based on district managers and leadership. The CEO and much of the operating committee is also new and from other banks so some of the culture has suffered."

"Get private health insurance, because what is offered is very expensive."

"There is pressure to overlook discrepancies and errors, which could be costly to the company."

"I would suggest better organization of guidelines and better compliance with federal regulations."

"I dislike the lack of any opportunity to go anywhere but the retail career path (so those of us in school are stuck in that line of work instead of going into a more specialized field once graduated)."

"Recognize and appreciate good deeds and attitudes, and don't just point out the negatives. Also, it would be nice if Wells would stop focusing on sales so much and actually commit back to service. If we are truly about customers' financial success, we wouldn't be doing half the things we are."
