"I dislike scripted customer interactions, sales pressure, focus on dollars rather than service, poor communication between branches of the bank, and regular changes in policies, including sales and service strategies."

"End the scripting, treat customers like people, change the way problems are handled for customers, and focus on helping the customer rather than selling them things they don't want/need."

"Nothing. It was stuffy and there was no room for creativity. The programs were out-of-date, and the expectations were unrealistic compared to the tools provided."

"Stay away. At least stay away from retirement. It is an ignored department."

"It was completely micromanaged. Working with clients on a recorded call means that every word is analyzed, and there was not enough consistency regarding what was acceptable and what was not."

"after working in the bank for 3 days you will quickly find the goals are constantly being raised and unattainable. promotions are givin to whomever is best friends with the area manager and it is very political. You will also discover you have 0 desire to continue down the career path you originally thought you wanted during your interview. get out now.. better yet, don't interview."

"everything. micromanaged, overworked, underpaid. no career progression i'm interested in pursuing."

"change the focus back to customer service. they preach customer service scores, but ultimately all they care about are sales numbers."
