"I dislike that there are no FTE positions available. Contractors are limited to 18 months of work."

"Keep contractors more than 1.5 years or provide more FTE positions."

If you show initiative by learning about your possible future position, it will be taken into account that you may not know everything about the position, but that you are interested and willing to learn and ready for the challenge."

"There was such a long distance between where my desk was and where we held many of our meetings. It would have been nice to be in the same general area of those that I met with most often."

"I would try and make sure my employees were not left to the wolves to figure out the basics."
