"I have worked for Wells Fargo over 6 months, from January 2020 till August 2020. I love my job and love my team, where I have learned a lot including some management skills. Thanks To Erdahl Kristine, Bonam Ramya, Malathi Gopalan, Saeed Darvish, Christel Ngani and others with whom I have worked closely. Unfortunately I had to leave the company for family reasons. "The product is very good and management is great. Trying to do scrum but there are quite a few growing pains. Most of the problems come from corporate not willing to move with the times on what a Software Engineer expects in this area. Not only is the compensation bellow market rate but the general atmosphere is stilted. They prefer to hire mostly contractors so the turnover rate is very high. No real attempts seem to be made to foster a good culture."
