"This company has be the worst company I've ever worked for. They foster a hostile and toxic environment. Management is allowed to scream at employees and nothing is done by HR. I'd not suggest this company to anyone that is looking for career advancement."

"Implement processes and test them before moving forward. This will help with customer satisfaction when implementing IT initiatives."

"I didn't appreciate that Wachovia was going to hire me, but when my manager left and Wells Fargo took over, they disregarded my recommendation."

"The management there was excellent. The only suggestion I have is that I wished the upper management respected my manager more."
