"For the last six months I've been working for this amazing company. I've never met a more dedicated team of staff that works so hard to help their customers and also encourage one another. It's an inclusive culture and company that likes to promote from within. I've thoroughly enjoyed my work with the company here and was sad they reduced my hours due to covid 19. Can't say enough good things about this company."

"End the scripting, treat customers like people, change the way problems are handled for customers, and focus on helping the customer rather than selling them things they don't want/need."

"Nothing. It was stuffy and there was no room for creativity. The programs were out-of-date, and the expectations were unrealistic compared to the tools provided."

"Stay away. At least stay away from retirement. It is an ignored department."

"It was completely micromanaged. Working with clients on a recorded call means that every word is analyzed, and there was not enough consistency regarding what was acceptable and what was not."
