It's an inclusive culture and company that likes to promote from within. I've thoroughly enjoyed my work with the company here and was sad they reduced my hours due to covid 19. "End the scripting, treat customers like people, change the way problems are handled for customers, and focus on helping the customer rather than selling them things they don't want/need."

"Nothing. It was stuffy and there was no room for creativity. The programs were out-of-date, and the expectations were unrealistic compared to the tools provided."
