"I didn't like upper management. The VP ran the operation like the good old days. If you weren't in the clique you weren't on the team."

"I would suggest a change in the upper management of the Pacific Region."

"I don't like the poor vision, and the need to ask for tools and space. There is not enough space to work."

"What I do not like about the company is that the equipment we need to do our jobs constantly break down, and the staff need better training."

"I didn't like the backbreaking work. All weather conditions are what they are."

"Listen when they tell you to show up in work clothing. Most importantly, wear sturdy protective footwear when you go for your tour of the hub."

"Full-time management can be pretty oblivious. There is a high turnover in management. Supervisor positions are hard to get into. Air pollution was really bad."

"Listen to your part-time supervisors. Improve the air quality."

"Management only cares about the company bottom line and stock holders. Since I've worked for the company, several employees have either died or needed stress leave."

"I would suggest that everything is organized, with better training and management. Hire different people and have less time at work."

"They are very slow at making decisions. There are too many layers of management and not enough freedom."
