"Bank of America has been a fantastic company to work for. Benefits are available to full and part time associates, without waiting a trial period. The cost of health benefits is pretty low compared to what I have heard others are paying at their company. The breadth of benefits is also a huge draw. 3 months paid maternity AND paternity leave, adoption reimbursement, 401K matching, etc. I feel valued as an associate and have had opportunities to step outside the black and white of my role and develop my skills for future advancement."

"Overall a good company, however salaries haven't increased in years and healthcare package is pretty bad."

"I worked in the eCommerce organization of BOA in a sub team that owned technologies Credit Card portfolio. I enjoyed working with the team and my manager. My day-to-day life was exciting which made me super eager to go back to the office. The work involved high level UI prototyping tasks catering to numerous user agents. It was a nice journey close to 5 years with the same team and management."

"I worked for Bank of America for 4 years. The people, top to bottom, were fantastic. Bank makes a real effort to provide associate satisfaction and career growth opportunities; however, occasionally falls short (example: my division was redeployed and associates were locked into new positions for 1 year, regardless of experience level). Pay and benefits acceptable. Due to regulatory environment the bureaucracy was high. Add to that the bank has overlays, which prevent associates from providing customers with the level of service bank requires. Common sense rarely prevails."
