"New management that took over, lack of input from line staff and management across the division, dividing teams and associates to deflect to other companies - great associates and long time associates."

"Change out the new they brought in - nothing but a change in the morale across the center / division in Northern CA / HI."

"To be honest, the office politics. I'd much rather spend my day helping others increase their knowledge and getting the job done."

"When errors occur, I believe managers should focus less on who exactly is to blame and more on creating a solution that works so the problem will never happen again. Sometimes errors are opportunities for knowledge and experience. We can all learn from each other."
