"Unexpected layoffs, usually when a new acquisition occurred; no warnings."

"None, I felt they did a great job of tutoring to advance and were very attentive."

"Great benefits. Lots of people in the same demographic as I was in."

"The positions I was in did not allow for much free thinking. It was process driven."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I made a few on my way out and they were all implemented within months after I left. Better ways of tracking activity, pay scale (I was promoted 3 times in first year and skipped a bunch of positions, but did not get the raises had I gone to each step. They gave flat raise for each job change. After I left and had that in my exit interview, they did a wage balancing raise to all people.)"
