"You need to be willing to keep up with new technologies. You will also have to deal with people who know just enough to be dangerous, but as long as you are more then paper certified you can go very far. I love what I do, always changing, always an emergency and never static."

"Overall, the bank is a good place to work, but the culture has changed a lot over the past several years. The new mantra is to 'do more with less' and most if not all of my co-workers are worn out. You can only operate a short amount of time in this mode before people start to leave and/or make mistakes and we have been at that point for nearly a year now."

"Good company but sometimes they tend to put too much focus on meeting shareholder expectations that they cook the books by making temporary staffing changes so they can say they meet them only to hire everyone back after. Creates a lot of chaos. They would be better served to report the actual earnings and focus on driving out better automation and performance gains by improving technology standards."

"I earn a paycheck and the benefits and that's it."

"They suck and they're liars. They lie to get people hired with the company."

"I hate my job so much and I don't know what to do."

"I would better appreciate the associates and understand that they have to deal with the screw ups others do."

"It was a very friendly environment to work in. Everything was on the campus and conveniently located around everything."

"Just to be honest about your skill set and let them know that you are willing to learn."

"At times projects were rolled out to you without being tested, which cause some delays and confusion on the floor."

"I do not have any suggestion for my direct reports. I know that many things were out of their control, but I appreciate that their door was always open and that they backed us with our concerns."

"The benefits and the casual attire. Pay is decent but could be better."

"Don't work there, it sucks. If I could go back I would've said no to the job."

"It's micromanaged and we're robots who have to read scripts and take verbal abuse from customers and third party callers."

"Listen to the associates and the customers and not have such a horrible phone system."

"I like the flexibility afforded to me by their work from home program. The compensation, vacation and other benefits are very generous."

"Look somewhere else. Seriously. While the pay and perks are generous, I'm not sure they're worth the headache."

"Management is clueless and getting worse. We are re-orging constantly and have no real sense of direction, which is comical given our size."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spin off Countrywide and Merrill Lynch. The process of saving these companies has cost us an effective and riven CEO, pretty much killed of a once great institution."
