"I've worked at Bank of America since 2011. This was the first company I worked for after graduating for college, and I will forever be thankful for that opportunity. Over my nine years of working for the bank, I've had the opportunity to work in over five different roles and with hundreds of different people. The bank has improved in benefits, employee relations, and flexibility over my tenure. They are very focused on managing risk and making sure employees have a voice. I believe there are still opportunities for Bank of America to improve regards to employee communication and simplicity in process, but overall I'd recommend the bank as a good company to work for."
